Fix: Mark seam and no-print zones on the dieline, keep key claims on the primary panel, and add safe margins around the seam area.

3. Dark high-gloss without scuff testing

High-gloss surfaces show rub marks and swirl quickly.

Fix: Run rub and scuff cycles including carton rub. If marks appear, specify harder coatings, add micro-texture, or switch to satin or matte where appropriate.

4. Over-engineered caps that trap residue
