Lip balm tubes come in two formats, and they’re measured differently. Twist-up stick tubes hold solid balm and are sized by fill weight (g / oz) — the classic size is 0.15 oz (≈4.25 g). Squeeze tubes hold liquid, gel, gloss or treatment formulas, are sized by volume (ml), and pair with an applicator tip.
