- Clear packing specs and labeling to make warehouse handling easier

Incoming & In-Process Inspection
We start by checking what comes in, and keep checking while parts are being made.
- Incoming inspection for resins, masterbatch, and bought-in components
- In-process checks on key dimensions, wall thickness, weight, and appearance
- Visual inspection for scratches, flow lines, decoration defects, and color variation
Functional & Performance Testing
We verify that your packs don’t just look right — they perform on the shelf and on the line.
- Leak, vacuum, and pressure testing for bottles, jars, pumps, and sprayers
- Torque and pull-off testing for caps, closures, and pump assemblies
- Drop tests and other performance checks where needed
- Support for compatibility and stability testing with your formula, including coordination with third-party labs when required
Sampling Plans, Records & Reports
Our QC system is built around defined sampling plans and full traceability.
- Documented sampling frequencies and acceptance criteria for each SKU

- Weight targets built into DFM and mold design stages
- Iterative sampling to confirm feel, strength, and drop performance after light-weighting
How We Work with Your Project
Every project is a little different, but our process is built to keep things clear, predictable, and fast. From the first brief to mass production, you always know what’s happening next.
Step 1 – Brief & Feasibility Check
You share your brief, artwork, and key requirements – formula type, target markets, timelines, and budget.
Our team reviews feasibility, checks existing platforms, and flags any risks early.
Step 2 – Engineering Proposal & DFM
We translate your idea into a manufacturable pack.
Our engineers prepare a structure proposal with design-for-manufacturing (DFM) suggestions on materials, wall thickness, neck finish, tolerance, and decoration.
Where needed, we support you with Free 3F Services – Free Design, Free 3D Renders, and Free Mockups to help you present the concept internally.
Step 3 – Tooling & Sampling
Once the design is confirmed, we move into tooling.
We design and build molds, then run T1 / T2 samples so you can check fit, function, and appearance on your side.
Adjustments are made before locking in the final tool.
Step 4 – Validation & Testing
We validate that the pack works in real life, not just on paper.
This includes leak tests, torque checks, decoration adhesion, and, where required, compatibility and stability support with your formula.
Line trials can be arranged so your filling and capping teams can sign off.
Step 5 – Pilot Run
Before full-scale production, we run a pilot batch under near-mass-production conditions.
This helps fine-tune cycle times, packing methods, quality checkpoints, and logistics so the first big order goes smoothly.
Step 6 – Mass Production & Continuous Improvement
After validation, we move into regular mass production with agreed specs, QC plans, and packing standards.
We monitor repeat orders, collect feedback from your team, and make continuous improvements on molding, decoration, or packing if needed.
