This cheap airless jar range is developed for cosmetic brands that need a commercially practical dispensing package without the weight and cost of a thick-wall acrylic container. Manufactured in PP and available in 30g, 50g and 100g capacities, it supports facial creams, moisturizers, masks, body-care formulas and other medium- to high-viscosity products. The three capacities share a 63mm outer diameter, allowing brands to build a consistent packaging series while selecting different heights for targeted treatments, standard skincare products and larger-volume formulas.

The 30g version measures 63mm in diameter and 74.5mm in overall height. It is suitable for treatment creams, intensive moisturizers, neck creams, overnight repair formulas and other products that require more capacity than an eye treatment but less than a standard 50g facial cream.

The 50g model retains the 63mm diameter and increases the height to 81.5mm. This is a conventional retail capacity for daily moisturizers, night creams, barrier-care products and leave-on facial masks. Using the same diameter as the 30g version helps brands maintain consistent front-facing proportions across a coordinated skincare collection.

The 100g format measures 63mm in diameter and 100.5mm in height. Its larger capacity can be used for body creams, massage products, hair masks, scalp treatments, rinse-off masks and value-sized facial care. The tall cylindrical profile provides additional decoration space while preserving the same visual and dispensing architecture used by the smaller sizes.

Product is delivered by pressing the actuator integrated into the upper section of the jar. The formula exits through the side dispensing outlet, reducing the need for users to repeatedly open the primary chamber or place their fingers directly inside the stored product. This structure provides a more controlled dispensing format than a conventional wide-mouth jar.

The filling facility must confirm the correct filling and assembly procedure. The internal chamber, actuator and closure components should be assembled according to the approved sequence to prevent trapped air, incomplete priming or dimensional interference.
