When We Are Feel Good Inc. developed its Bubs Baby Mineral Sunscreen SPF50+, the brand needed a practical packaging format for a buttery mineral sunscreen designed for babies and sensitive skin.

For this project, UKPACK selected the UKA19 100ml mono PP airless bottle from our broader range of airless pump bottles for skincare and personal care formulations. Its controlled dispensing system, mono-material PP structure, and customizable finish made it a practical match for the Bubs Baby Mineral Sunscreen.

The final package gives the 100g sunscreen a clean, easy-to-use format for everyday application while maintaining the distinctive pastel identity of the Bubs range.

Mineral sunscreen requires packaging that can balance formula dispensing, repeated application, and convenient everyday handling.

Bubs Baby Mineral Sunscreen SPF50+ is an oil-based mineral cream formulated with zinc oxide, oils, and wax-based ingredients. Its rich, buttery texture required a dispensing format that could deliver the product cleanly without relying on an open jar or direct contact with the remaining formula.

The packaging also needed to suit how baby sunscreen is actually used. Parents may apply and reapply the product several times during outdoor use, so controlled dispensing, a protected actuator, and easy handling were important considerations.

At the same time, the pack had to maintain the soft pastel identity of the Bubs range while supporting We Are Feel Good Inc.’s distinctive sunscreen presentation.

UKPACK supplied the UKA19 100ml mono PP airless bottle, selected for the 100g Bubs Baby Mineral Sunscreen SPF50+.

The airless pump provides a 1ml dosage output, giving users a controlled way to dispense the sunscreen during repeated application. A full overcap covers the actuator between uses and helps prevent unintended dispensing when the bottle is stored or carried.

The UKA19 uses a mono-material PP structure without a metal spring, simplifying the material composition of the primary packaging while retaining the functionality of an airless dispensing system.

For the finished product, the bottle was adapted to the Bubs visual identity with its pale pink top, soft blue-to-mint gradient body, and white branding. The result preserves the recognizable appearance of the range without requiring development of a completely new bottle structure.
