Black Radiance’s setting spray range included multiple finish and performance claims, from dewy and hydrating to matte and long lasting. The challenge was not only to create a bottle that looked premium, but also to build a packaging system that could scale across the collection without requiring a different bottle structure for each SKU.

For a facial spray product, dispensing performance also mattered. Consumers expect a setting spray to apply as a soft, even mist rather than a concentrated stream. At the same time, the bottle needed to fit the visual identity of the brand and support clear front-facing communication for each formula.

The project therefore required a packaging solution that could combine functional spray performance, visual consistency, and efficient range development within one structure.

UKPACK selected our UKRHSB020 as the foundation for the project. As part of our wider spray bottles range, this model offers a compact 60ml format, a slim round silhouette, and a fine mist actuator suitable for cosmetic liquid products.

For Black Radiance, the bottle was customized with a glossy black body and a translucent protective overcap. This created a clean, modern look aligned with the brand’s visual language. The spray head remained protected while the overall pack kept a polished retail appearance.

To differentiate the product line, each variant used its own graphic accent color while preserving the same bottle structure. This made it possible to keep strong brand consistency across the range while allowing each product to stand out clearly on shelf.

This approach helped Black Radiance create a coordinated collection without adding unnecessary complexity to the packaging platform.

The packaging is based on a 60ml PET bottle with a slim cylindrical body. This format is compact, retail-friendly, and suitable for beauty products designed for everyday use or on-the-go carry.

The fine mist sprayer supports even application across the face, which is especially important for setting sprays used before or after makeup. A smooth spray experience helps improve the perceived quality of the product and supports better user satisfaction.

The black bottle body gave the collection a bold and recognizable base. Combined with the translucent cap and color-coded front graphics, the pack achieved a clean and cohesive finish suited to the cosmetics category.

Using one base package across multiple SKUs allowed the brand to build a clear collection architecture. Instead of redesigning the full pack for every formula, Black Radiance used decoration to create distinction while maintaining consistency.

The final result was a customized setting spray bottle solution that gave Black Radiance a consistent packaging system for its facial spray range. The bottle structure supported both branding and function, while the decoration strategy allowed the brand to launch multiple formula variants within one recognizable packaging family.
