Custom 50ml + 50ml Dual Chamber Cosmetic Jar for WellU
WellU needed a distinctive packaging format for Larens Beauty Eye Compress, an intensive under-eye treatment supplied as emulsion-soaked compress pads.
UKPACK supplied the UKC35 50ml + 50ml dual chamber cosmetic jar, creating a wide, treatment-oriented package with two separate internal compartments inside one unified outer jar.
Based on UKPACK’s dual chamber cosmetic packaging platform, the finished pack combines functional compartmentalization with a clean white-and-clear appearance suited to Larens’ professional skincare positioning.

WellU currently presents Beauty Eye Compress as a Larens eye-care product containing 30 compress pads, or 15 pairs, together with plastic tweezers. UKPACK’s UKC35 base model uses two 50ml chambers within a 92mm-diameter jar structure.
The Challenge
Beauty Eye Compress required a different packaging approach from a conventional eye cream.
Instead of a cream or serum dispensed in small doses, the product consists of pre-soaked under-eye compresses designed to be removed individually during use. This changes the way the consumer interacts with the package.
WellU therefore needed a container that could provide:
- A broad opening for convenient access to the treatment pads
- Sufficient internal volume for a multi-use eye-care format
- A compact structure despite the relatively wide product format
- Internal organization beyond a conventional single-cavity jar
- A premium appearance suitable for an intensive skincare treatment
- A clean surface for Larens branding and product identification
- The packaging also needed to visually distinguish Beauty Eye Compress from standard eye cream jars.
For a treatment product built around individual pads rather than a conventional cream formula, the pack itself needed to communicate a more specialized skincare experience.
The UKPACK Solution
UKPACK supplied the UKC35 50ml + 50ml dual chamber cosmetic jar as the base packaging platform.
UKC35 combines two separate 50ml PP inner jars within a single acrylic outer structure. The complete package measures approximately 92mm in diameter and 45mm in height, giving it a wide, low-profile form that is particularly suitable for products requiring easy top access.
For the WellU project, this structure provided a more organized packaging architecture than a conventional single-chamber jar while keeping the complete product within one cohesive retail package.
The wide format also made sense for Larens Beauty Eye Compress. Consumers interact with individual pads rather than dispensing a formula through a pump or narrow opening, so accessibility from the top of the package is an important part of usability.
Visually, the finished package uses a white upper section with a transparent acrylic outer wall and restrained Larens decoration. The result is clean and substantial without appearing overly decorative.
The transparent lower structure also adds depth to the package, helping create the more premium appearance expected from a professional skincare treatment.
Why UKC35 Was a Good Fit
1. Dual 50ml Chamber Structure
The key feature of UKC35 is its 50ml + 50ml internal configuration.
Two separate inner compartments are integrated within one outer jar, giving brands more flexibility when developing skincare products that benefit from separated or organized internal storage.
Unlike two standalone containers, the complete structure still presents as one unified product.
2. Wide 92mm Access
UKC35 has a diameter of 92mm and a height of only 45mm.
This wide, low-profile geometry creates a large top-access area and makes the jar particularly practical for treatment formats that are handled directly rather than pumped or poured.
For Beauty Eye Compress, this form factor supports the way consumers remove and apply individual under-eye pads.
3. Premium Layered Construction
The package combines an acrylic outer jar with PP inner components, together with an ABS cap and PE discs.
The clear acrylic exterior creates visual depth around the inner structure and gives the package a more substantial feel than a lightweight single-wall jar.
This layered construction works particularly well for premium skincare ranges where the packaging needs to contribute to perceived product value.
4. Compact Multi-Compartment Presentation
Dual-chamber packaging allows more complex product concepts to remain visually unified.
Instead of presenting multiple components as separate retail packs, UKC35 keeps the structure consolidated within one jar footprint.
This helped Beauty Eye Compress maintain the appearance of a complete treatment product rather than a collection of separate components.
5. Flexible Brand Decoration
UKC35 supports Pantone color customization as well as screen printing, hot stamping, spraying, electroplating and matte finishing options.
For WellU, the restrained Larens branding works particularly well with the broad jar profile. The white, transparent and gray visual treatment keeps the packaging clean while leaving the Beauty Eye Compress product name easy to identify.
The Result
The customized UKC35 gave WellU a distinctive packaging platform for Larens Beauty Eye Compress.
Its 50ml + 50ml dual-chamber architecture, broad access area and low-profile shape created a package better suited to a treatment-pad format than a conventional cream jar or dispensing bottle.
At the same time, the acrylic outer structure and minimalist decoration supported the premium, professional presentation of the Larens skincare range.
The project also demonstrates that dual-chamber cosmetic jars can serve applications beyond traditional two-formula creams. With the right chamber configuration and package geometry, the same structural concept can support treatment pads, complementary skincare components and other specialized beauty formats.
