The Beauty Crop: Custom 25ml EVOH Tottle Bottle for Weightless Wonder Foundation

The Beauty Crop is a color cosmetics brand known for nutrition-inspired, cruelty-free makeup and playful, optimistic packaging. From primers and setting sprays to foundations and lip products, everything is designed to be approachable, joyful, and easy to use.

For Weightless Wonder Serum Foundation, the pack needed to reflect that same philosophy: fresh color, soft touch, comfortable in the hand, and convenient enough to throw in a makeup bag or travel pouch.

The brand asked UKPACK for a foundation pack that would:

• Hold 25 ml of a serum-like foundation with skincare-style actives
• Offer strong barrier protection to help keep the formula stable
• Feel soft, smooth, and ergonomic in the hand
• Deliver controlled dosing with a neat, precise nozzle
• Feature embossed “THE BEAUTY CROP” logos on both sides of the bottle
• Combine a matte, soft-touch body with a high-shine metallic cap

Everything had to fit into a compact, cap-down profile so consumers can easily get the last drops out.

1. Barrier + squeezability in one pack: The serum foundation needed extra protection from oxygen and vapor, without losing the soft squeeze consumers expect from a tottle.

2. Embossed logos on small, curved side walls: The Beauty Crop wanted its “THE BEAUTY CROP” logo embossed on both side panels of the tottle, not just printed. That meant precise tooling, stable wall thickness, and clean definition on a relatively small, curved area.

3. Soft touch + silk-screening on a pastel body: The pack needed a mint-blue body color, soft-touch coating, and silk-screen graphics – all aligned correctly on a narrow oval shape.

4. Premium metallic cap with a tight, reliable fit: The electroplated cap had to look like metal, screw smoothly, and help protect against leakage, without adding unnecessary weight.

UKPACK engineered a six-layer co-extruded tottle body in HDPE, incorporating an EVOH barrier layer:

• HDPE outer and inner layers provide the familiar soft squeeze and chemical resistance.
• The EVOH barrier layer helps reduce oxygen ingress and aroma loss, supporting formula stability over shelf life.

This build keeps the pack lightweight and flexible while delivering barrier performance beyond a standard single-layer tube.

The tottle features a compact oval footprint with a rounded “capsule” profile that:

• fits naturally between the fingers
• packs neatly into makeup and travel bags
• directs product toward a small precision nozzle, giving consumers control over coverage with a gentle squeeze

The cap-down design keeps the product near the opening, helping consumers use the foundation down to the last drop.

To showcase The Beauty Crop’s visual identity in a more tactile way, we added embossed logos on both side walls of the tottle:

• each side carries a raised “THE BEAUTY CROP” logo
• the embossing sits where fingers naturally grip the pack, so the branding can be felt as well as seen
• the side placement keeps the front and back panels clean for graphics and text, while the logo still stays present from multiple angles

Tooling, polishing, and wall-thickness control were optimized so the embossed details stay sharp and consistent throughout production, even after the soft-touch coating is applied.

The body is finished with:

• Silk-screen printing for shade information, usage directions, and regulatory text
• A soft-touch coating that gives a velvety, non-slip feel and reinforces the “weightless” product story

Color matching was tuned to The Beauty Crop’s signature pastel palette so the tottle looks at home alongside the rest of the line.

The cap is a plastic component with an electroplated metallic finish, engineered to:

• follow the same oval footprint as the tottle
• provide a stable base for cap-down storage
• catch the light and add a premium chrome-like contrast to the soft-touch body

Internal threads are designed for smooth screwing and unscrewing and secure sealing when paired with the tottle neck.
