COLLGENE is positioned by Giant Biogene as a mid-to-high-end functional skincare brand focused on recombinant collagen and skin-aging care.
The Challenge
A treatment-oriented facial essence requires different packaging priorities from a conventional lotion or cream.
The formula is used in relatively small quantities and is positioned as a concentrated step within the skincare routine. That makes dispensing control especially important: the consumer should be able to take an appropriate amount without pouring excessive product or repeatedly exposing the package opening.
For Giant Biogene, the packaging also needed to support COLLGENE’s scientific and functional skincare identity.
The project therefore required a package that could:
