A Spatula That Stays with the Jar

The PETG spatula fits into a dedicated holder built into the outer lid, keeping the applicator visible, organised and easy to reach. Users do not need to search for a loose spatula or place it separately on a bathroom counter between applications.

The spatula supports more controlled scooping and helps reduce direct finger contact with the bulk formula. Its contrasting colour can also become a recognisable visual detail that distinguishes the packaging on shelves, in product photography and across social media content.

Separate Inner Lid for Cleaner Handling

Beneath the outer closure, a separate inner lid covers the balm surface and creates an additional layer between the formula and the external environment. The raised PE pull tab makes the inner lid easier to lift without requiring users to press their fingers against the centre of the insert.

Together with the lid-integrated spatula, this structure creates a more considered opening and application experience for cleansing balms, cleansing butters, facial balms and other solid or semi-solid skincare formulas.

The MOQ should be confirmed by capacity, component colour and decoration method. If your project includes several sizes, send us the required quantity for each SKU, colour combination and printing design. We will assess whether the quantities can be combined or must be produced as separate batches.

Yes, the UKM01CB series covers 12g, 30g, 50g, 100g, 120g, 150g and 200g. However, each capacity uses its own mould and production setup. The 12g version has a PETG body, while the 30g–200g versions use a PP body and inner cup, so specifications should be confirmed separately.

The listed capacity is a nominal fill reference, not a guaranteed fill weight for every formula. Actual fill weight depends on balm density, filling temperature and the required headspace. Provide your formula density or a filled sample so we can conduct a filling evaluation before you confirm the final capacity.

We recommend approving the project in stages: a standard sample for structure and handling, a colour sample for component matching, a decorated sample for logo and artwork, and a filled sample for formula compatibility. Mass production specifications should be frozen only after the required samples have been approved.

Oil-rich cleansing balms should be tested for material swelling, stress cracking, deformation, colour change, odour transfer and surface interaction. The filled package should also be checked under high and low temperatures, storage, inversion and transport simulation. Testing should use the final formula, final decoration and selected jar capacity.

That depends on your filling nozzle, balm viscosity, filling temperature, capping method and inner-lid insertion process. Before ordering, provide your line specifications and intended filling procedure. A pilot filling test is recommended to confirm nozzle access, fill accuracy, closure torque and assembly efficiency.

The assembly and packing method should be agreed before production. This decision affects filling-line labour, packing configuration, carton quantity and final quotation.

The purchase specification should define component dimensions, colour tolerance, logo position, decoration adhesion, cap fit, spatula retention, pull-tab function and acceptable appearance defects. For filled products, you should also define compatibility, leakage and transport-test requirements. Approved samples should be retained as the production reference.

Standard colour matching and surface decoration normally use the existing packaging structure. Changes to the jar shape, capacity, closure, spatula holder, inner cup or embossed logo may require mould modification or new tooling. Send drawings or reference samples so tooling feasibility, cost and lead time can be evaluated.
