15g Glitter Makeup Stick Container for Cosmetic Brands

This 15g PP glitter makeup stick container is an empty twist-up packaging format designed for solid and semi-solid glitter formulas used on the face, hair and body. The compact container combines a removable cap, a smooth oval body and a bottom dial that raises the filled product for direct application.

We supply the empty packaging rather than the finished glitter cosmetic. It is intended for beauty brands, private-label companies, contract fillers, cosmetic manufacturers and packaging distributors developing their own glitter stick products.

The container measures 36 × 75 mm and uses PP as its primary material. Its compact format is suitable for retail collections, promotional beauty products, festival makeup ranges, travel-size cosmetics and portable glitter products. The nominal capacity is 15g, although the final filling weight should be confirmed using the actual formula because density, fill height and required headspace can affect the finished weight.

Twist-Up Packaging for Face, Hair and Body Glitter

The bottom twist-up mechanism allows the filled glitter formula to rise from the container as the user turns the dial. This format supports direct application without requiring a separate brush, spatula or applicator, making it suitable for products designed for quick and targeted use.

For a face glitter stick, the broad application surface can be used for decorative makeup products formulated for areas such as the cheeks, temples and other approved facial zones. For a hair glitter stick, the packaging can support targeted application along hair sections, styled areas or partings. A body glitter stick may be used on the shoulders, arms, legs and other areas, depending on the formula and the final product claims.

The removable cap helps protect the exposed formula between uses and reduces unnecessary contact during storage, transport and retail handling. Its rounded rectangular profile also provides a wider front and back surface than many narrow round sticks, giving brands more space for product names, instructions, ingredients and visual artwork.

Eye-area and lip-use claims should only be added after the completed formula, packaging system and applicable regulatory requirements have been separately evaluated.

Custom Glitter Stick Packaging Options

The PP components can be produced in custom colors to coordinate the cap, body and bottom dial with the visual identity of your beauty range. Color matching should be confirmed through approved samples because the final appearance may vary depending on the resin, surface texture and production conditions.

The smooth body provides a practical surface for pressure-sensitive labels. A full-wrap or partial label can carry detailed graphics, gradients, glitter effects, product information and regulatory text. This decoration method is especially suitable for artwork that contains several colors or complex visual elements.

Simple logos and text may also be applied through suitable direct-printing or stamping processes, subject to artwork review and adhesion testing. Available decoration methods depend on the required design, production quantity, component geometry and surface condition.

We can also coordinate secondary packaging such as folding cartons, labels, inserts and shipping configurations. For projects using custom artwork, the label dimensions, printing position, color references and barcode requirements should be confirmed before mass production.

The minimum order quantity for this glitter stick container is 10,000 pcs. Sample evaluation is recommended before the final order so that the structure, appearance, decoration and formula performance can be checked under actual project conditions.

For projects that require artwork development, color planning or decoration evaluation, our cosmetic packaging design services can support the process from initial concepts to approved packaging samples.

Formula Compatibility and Production Testing

A glitter makeup stick container should be tested with the intended formula rather than approved only as an empty package. Glitter products can vary significantly in oil content, hardness, density, particle size, cooling behavior and filling temperature. These differences may affect how the product fills, sets and moves inside the twist-up mechanism.

The actual formula should rise smoothly when the bottom dial is turned. Testing should confirm that the filled product does not slip away from the internal platform, separate during use or rub excessively against the container wall. The formula should also remain stable when the container is stored upright, carried in a bag or exposed to normal shipping vibration.

If the product requires warm or hot filling, the proposed filling temperature must be checked against the PP components and the assembled mechanism. Excessive heat may cause deformation, dimensional changes or movement within the package.

Cap retention, twist torque and package stability should also be evaluated. The dial should not be so loose that it moves during transport, but it must remain comfortable for the end user to operate. Labels and printed decoration should be checked for adhesion, rubbing, oil exposure and contact with the finished formula.

Before production, we recommend confirming the actual fill weight, filling method, formula hardness, application performance, cap fit and decoration result through physical samples. This process helps identify compatibility risks early and provides a more reliable basis for mass production.
