Case Study

Custom Spray Bottle and Airless Pump Bottle for LYMA

When LYMA developed its Oxygen Mist & Glide system, the brand needed two different packaging formats that could work together as one premium skincare routine: a 40ml mist spray bottle and a 50ml airless pump bottle.

UKPACK supplied a customized packaging solution based on LYMA’s paired product structure, combining a compact spray bottle for Oxygen Mist with our UKA26 airless pump bottle for Glide.

The final package helped LYMA create a clean, modern, and high-end skincare presentation for a two-step preparation system used with the LYMA Laser.

Project Snapshot

Brand: LYMA

UKPACK Base Model: UKA26 for Glide

Capacity: Mist 40ml / Glide 50ml

Application: Laser skincare preparation system

Formula Type: Mist spray + glide skincare gel/serum format

Customization: Black finish, brand printing, paired product decoration

Key Requirement: Two different dispensing systems with one unified premium look

UKPACK Solution: 40ml spray bottle + 50ml UKA26 airless pump bottle

The Challenge

LYMA’s product was not a standard single-SKU skincare item. It was a paired system designed for a specific routine: mist first, glide second, then use with the LYMA Laser. According to LYMA’s usage instructions, the Oxygen Mist is sprayed onto the treatment area first, followed by the Glide before using the laser device.

That created three packaging requirements.

First, the Mist needed a spray format that could deliver a convenient and even application over the skin. Second, the Glide needed a pump format that could dispense a controlled amount of product for direct use with the laser routine. Third, both bottles had to look like one coordinated premium system rather than two unrelated packages.

The packaging also had to match LYMA’s black, minimal, high-performance brand image. For a product sold alongside a high-value beauty device, the bottle finish, cap structure, decoration accuracy, and overall set presentation all needed to feel refined.

The Solution

UKPACK supplied a two-part packaging solution for the LYMA Oxygen Mist & Glide set.

For the Oxygen Mist 40ml, UKPACK provided a compact spray bottle format suitable for mist-style skincare application. This helped the product function as the first step in the routine, where the formula needs to be applied across the skin surface.

For the Glide 50ml, UKPACK used the UKA26 airless pump bottle structure. The airless format gave the Glide product a cleaner, more controlled dispensing experience, which was important for a skincare product used before device treatment.

Both bottles were customized with a black premium appearance and LYMA’s minimalist branding. The final result kept the two products visually connected while preserving the correct dispensing logic for each formula.

For brands developing similar device-compatible skincare systems, UKPACK offers both spray bottles and airless pump bottles, supported by 3F Services for design, 3D rendering, mockup validation, and production preparation.

Why This Packaging System Was a Good Fit

The UKA06 bottle was suitable for this project because it provided:

Two different functions in one coordinated set

The Mist and Glide required different dispensing methods, but the finished bottles needed to look unified. The spray bottle and airless pump bottle combination solved both requirements.

40ml mist spray bottle

The spray format was suitable for the Oxygen Mist step, where the product needs to be applied across the skin before the glide formula.

50ml UKA26 airless pump bottle

The UKA26 airless pump bottle provided controlled dispensing for the Glide product, supporting a cleaner and more precise skincare routine.

Premium black visual identity

The black finish, simple typography, and minimal decoration helped the set match LYMA’s high-end beauty technology positioning.

Routine-based packaging logic

The two bottles were not selected only by capacity. They were matched to the user routine: spray first, pump second.

The Result

The final packaging gave LYMA a premium paired-bottle system for its Oxygen Mist & Glide skincare routine.

By combining a 40ml spray bottle with a 50ml UKA26 airless pump bottle, the brand was able to package two different formulas in a visually consistent and functionally appropriate way. The Mist bottle supported spray application, while the Glide bottle supported controlled pump dispensing.

This project shows how UKPACK can help beauty and skincare brands build coordinated packaging systems for multi-step routines, device-compatible skincare, treatment sets, and premium product bundles.
