Custom Duo-Mix Airless Bottle for Malevich
When Malevich developed its Magic Drops Chromatique C vitamin C serum, the brand needed packaging that could support a two-component activation system. The formula components had to stay separated before use and mix directly inside the bottle before the first application.
UKPACK supplied the refillable dual chamber duo-mix airless bottle. Its dual chamber structure, in-bottle mixing function, and airless pump system helped support the serum’s activation concept in one compact package.
The bottle was used for Malevich’s Magic Drops Chromatique C brightening serum, which also appears in the brand’s “Radiance & Moisturizing” skincare set.

The Challenge
Malevich’s Magic Drops Chromatique C was not a standard serum project. The product concept was built around an activation experience: two formula components remain separated before use and are mixed directly inside the bottle before the first application.
This created a very specific packaging requirement. A conventional serum bottle, dropper bottle, or standard airless bottle would not fully support the product story, because it could not keep two components separated before use while still offering a clean and convenient dispensing experience after mixing.
The brand needed a bottle that could solve three problems at the same time: protect the separated components before activation, allow consumers to mix the formula easily inside the bottle, and dispense the activated serum in a controlled and hygienic way.
At the same time, the packaging had to match the visual and functional expectations of a modern active skincare product. For a vitamin C serum positioned around radiance, brightening, and advanced ingredient performance, the bottle needed to feel more technical and premium than ordinary skincare packaging.
The UKPACK Solution

UKPACK supported Malevich with the UKA84 refillable dual chamber duo-mix airless bottle.
This bottle was developed for skincare products that require two-component separation before use. Its dual chamber structure keeps the formula components apart during storage, helping the brand present a stronger freshness and activation story for its vitamin C serum.
Before first use, the consumer can activate the product by rotating the bottle structure, allowing the two components to combine inside the bottle. After mixing, the airless pump system dispenses the serum in a clean and controlled way for daily skincare use.
This made UKA84 a suitable packaging match for Malevich’s Magic Drops Chromatique C serum. Instead of using a standard serum bottle, the brand could create a more distinctive user experience based on ingredient separation, in-bottle mixing, and airless dispensing.
The refillable inner structure also gave the packaging a more forward-looking sustainability direction. For active skincare brands, this makes the bottle suitable not only for one serum launch, but also for future refill programs or product line extensions.
Why UKA84 Was a Good Fit
1. Dual Chamber Separation
The UKA84 bottle keeps two components separated before activation. This is especially useful for active skincare formulas where freshness, stability, or ingredient interaction is part of the product concept.
For Malevich’s vitamin C serum, this structure helped support the brand’s two-component activation system.
2. In-Bottle Mixing Experience
The bottle allows the formula to be mixed directly inside the package before first use. This creates a simple and engaging consumer experience without requiring an extra mixing container, tool, or complicated instruction process.
For a premium vitamin C serum, this kind of activation ritual can make the product feel more technical, fresh, and performance-driven.
3. Airless Pump Dispensing
After activation, the airless pump system helps dispense the serum cleanly and consistently. This gives users better control during application and helps reduce mess compared with open-mouth or dropper-style packaging.
For skincare brands, airless packaging also communicates a stronger sense of formula protection and product precision.
4. Refillable Inner Structure
UKA84 is designed with a refillable inner container, allowing brands to explore more sustainable packaging systems. This can support future refill strategies, reduced-waste skincare lines, or premium product families built around reusable outer packaging.
5. PET Material With PCR Option
The bottle is made from PET, with PCR material available depending on project requirements. This gives brands flexibility between standard PET production and more sustainability-focused material choices.
For skincare packaging, PET provides a clean, lightweight, and practical structure suitable for serum and treatment products.
Quality Controls
For a dual chamber airless bottle, quality control must focus on more than appearance. The bottle needs to perform correctly before activation, during mixing, and after dispensing.
For projects like Malevich’s vitamin C serum, UKPACK pays attention to chamber sealing, activation function, pump performance, leakage resistance, refillable structure matching, component assembly, decoration quality, and transportation stability.
Because the formula contains active ingredients, packaging compatibility testing is also important before mass production. This helps confirm whether the serum works well with the selected materials, whether the dispensing system remains stable after mixing, and whether the final product can meet the brand’s shelf-life and user-experience requirements.
Outcome
The final packaging solution gave Malevich a functional and distinctive bottle for its Magic Drops Chromatique C vitamin C brightening serum.
By using UKPACK’s UKA84 Refillable Dual Chamber Duo-Mix Airless Bottle, the brand could clearly communicate the serum’s two-component activation concept. The bottle helped support separated ingredient storage, in-bottle mixing, controlled airless dispensing, and a more premium skincare experience.
The same serum also appears in Malevich’s “Radiance & Moisturizing” skincare set, which means the packaging supports both the individual product page and the brand’s bundled skincare routine.
