Product Description
The UKA76 airless pump refillable bottle is a 30ml and 50ml skincare packaging solution designed with a durable PET outer bottle and a replaceable PP inner bottle. This structure makes it a practical option for brands developing refillable cosmetic packaging for skincare lines, allowing the main outer packaging to be retained while the inner container is replaced.
With airless dispensing and a compact cylindrical profile, UKA76 is suitable for serums, lotions, creams, facial treatments, and other skincare formulas. The bottle can also be customized with Pantone colors, printing, coating, and decorative finishes to support different brand identities.
PET Outer Bottle with Refillable PP Inner Bottle
UKA76 uses a PET outer bottle combined with a PP inner bottle. The outer shell provides the main appearance and decoration surface, while the removable inner bottle holds the formula.
This replaceable inner-bottle structure gives brands greater flexibility when developing refillable skincare packaging. Instead of replacing the complete package, the inner container can be replaced according to the intended refill program.
The bottle is available in:

- 50ml: approximately Ø38.5mm × H155mm
Both capacities use the same cylindrical design language, making them suitable for building a consistent packaging series across different skincare products.
Airless Pump for Controlled Dispensing
The airless dispensing system uses an internal piston to move the product upward as the pump is pressed. This allows the formula to be dispensed without a conventional dip tube.
The standard pump output is approximately 0.25 ± 0.03ml per stroke, providing controlled dosage for facial skincare products such as serum, lotion, moisturizer, and treatment formulas.
For a new formula, we recommend carrying out compatibility, dispensing, leakage, and filling tests before mass production.
Two Capacities for Skincare Product Lines
The 30ml version is suitable for concentrated serums, facial treatments, and premium skincare products where a smaller pack size is preferred.
The 50ml version provides additional capacity for daily-use lotions, moisturizers, creams, and similar skincare formulas.
